Report given by preschool staff:
Malachi was hit on his right cheek and middle of his scalp with a toy car while playing with a friend.
Staff stated that ice pack was applied to Rt cheek and scalp.
Up on arrival medical staff found Malachi playing with toy cars on the floor. He was in no acute distress. Right cheek appeared slightly pink and non-tender. Bilateral eye exam was normal. Mid scalp with mild erythema, non-tender.
Ice was reapplied to both areas. Malachi was observed playing around in no acute distress.
