On 12/20/25 at approximately 1705 hours NCC Safety was requested for a subject who was acting strange at the coffee station. M. Holloway and I responded to contacted Lynn who is a known Transient female. When confronted Lynn became agitated and continued to make her cup of coffee. While speaking with Lynn l observed signs and symptoms of intoxication. Based on her behavior and being under the influence I told her she was going to have to leave. Lynn then quickly started moving toward the north exit and as she did so she spasmed causing her coffee to spill on the wall, floor, and across two volunteers waiting at the sanctuary entrance. I then grabbed her by both arms and escorted her out of the building. Once outside I requested STAR contact SDSO but they were told deputies were unavailable to respond. Lynn was then asked to leave and not return. Lynn exited and was last seen southbound on Mission.
Both volunteers were checked on for any injuries and provided with Coast Kids shirts so they had something dry to wear. I requested their coordinator to check in with them again at the end of service.
