Ashton Aquilar showed up to the Saturday evening service with his mother. He entered the main entrance and made his way over to the north restroom. After about 20 minutes, the Safety Team was notified of a naked man in one of the bathroom stalls. Safety members went into the bathroom and contacted Aguilar, who was standing in the stall. The door was closed and Aguilar was talking to himself. Aguilar said he would be out in a few minutes. Shortly there after, Safety members could smell the odor of something burning in the stall. The team directed Aguilar to open the stall. Aguilar reluctantly opened the door. Aguilar had removed his shirt and his sweats were sagging from his waist. He had removed toilet paper and was aggressively rubbing his face and head with the toilet paper. He was fidgeting and rambling incoherently. Aguilar’s actions and behavior were consistent of someone who had recently consumed illicit drugs. The Safety members were able to persuade Aguilar to get dressed and leave the bathroom. Once outside, he attempted to sit with his mother in the outdoor venue. However, his mother quickly realized his agitated condition and they both got up and walked out to her vehicle. Safety members followed and stood by while Aguilar got some items from his mother’s car and walked off the property. He did not return.
