Incident Report / Actions Taken by Team Members

On Saturday, February 12th, I arrived at the Fallbrook campus to work on the Safety team for the evening service. I observed a 1973 Chevy RV Ca#4LHW955 parked in the east lane of the overflow lot, taking up about 4-5 parking spaces. I made contact with Gloria Gale and she advised that they would be leaving as soon as they fixed their tire. I reminder Gloria and her nephew that they were on private property and we need the RV to be moved since we needed the spaces for the following Sunday service. Gloria said she understood. At around 7 pm after the service, I recontacted the occupants of the RV and they advised they had no lights and would not be able to drive during darkness. They advised they would be leaving at sunrise. On Sunday, February 13th at around 8:30 am, I recontacted the occupants of the RV and this time spoke to Mark Sorden (12-11-62). Over the course of the next few hours, Mark advised that the battery was dead and was being recharged and afterwards that they were having issues with the starter. He estimated the RV would be operational some time in the afternoon. I made it clear they did not have permission to keep the RV in the overflow lot, that it was private property, and was subject to tow. Later in the evening, I checked the camera footage and saw that the RV was no longer in the overflow lot. No further action required.
