Dale Pettit was walking from the parking lot towards the entrance by the cafe. Mr Pettit stated he didn’t see the curb because it was painted blue for handicap parking and also poor lighting. Mr Pettit trip on the curb landing on his hands and right knee. He also told me he twisted his right ankle Mandy refused to be seen by medical staff.
I checked with Mr Pettit after the service to find out how he was doing or needed medical attention. He told me his ankle was a little sore but he felt fine. He assured me he would be okay and thanked me for checking in with him.
