2 suspicious persons with a little white dog, dressed in dark clothing handing out flowers. Contacted by JD. A/W/F name, April Most or Kosk. A/W/M name Eric. They sat down and watched the service outdoors. Safety made contact by the dumpsters because of further suspicious activity. April was lucid and said it was their first time. Eric seemed to be having a psyc related issue. No further action.
