Unknown older male individual placed paper solicitation notes for his new inspirational book on multiple vehicles around campus. The subject was “James Lee Lambert” with his book entitled “More Amazing Stories of Divine Inspiration.” Video surveillance captures the male at 0944 hours arriving in his white Nissan Xtrerra. He parks in the front (South) side in the handicap stall and starts to place his notes. I contacted him at 0946 and he leaves at 0947.
