STAR reported a juvenile tagging a window on the adult classroom building. Chris Day and myself were able to contact the juvenile identified as Andrew Vaughn. Andrew was able to contact his mother who was attending the Christmas Eve Service. We were able to explain the situation to Rebeka Ann Vaughn 1145 Marine View Dr Vista,CA 760-277-0226. Rebeka told me she has been attending North Coast Church since 2015. During the brief contact both Andrew and Rebeka seemed to be somewhat distraught. Chris and I were able to calm the incident and I told Rebeka someone from North Coast Church would be reaching out.
