Adult male exited the passenger side of the Ford focus which was parked in parking lot D. He was observed without a shirt on but tied around his waste. Safety team member Blake made contact and advised the male to put his shirt on. The male ignored Blake and kept walking past the 5th grade classroom. Blake followed and advised him to put his shirt on again. He said no and went into the adjacent restroom. Blake followed and fortunately there was no one inside at the time. Blake again told the male he needed to put a shirt on. Eventually the male said he was going to take a shower. He then put water on his hair and wiped under his arms. Blake was able to get him to put his shirt on prior to him exiting the restroom. Once outside the male returned the the vehicle he came in and left the campus without further incident. We did find footage of the male and vehicle but no 28’s and not a front view of the male.
