Describe Medical Event:
Patient was in the main sanctuary during worship and stated to her daughter she wasn’t feeling well and felt like she was going to pass out. Daughter and husband assisted patient to chair. After sitting patient lost consciousness, no fall or trauma resulted. Patient was carried in the chair to the foyer and placed supine. Upon being placed supine, patient slowly became alert and began responding appropriately. Patient stated she had donated blood earlier in the day and not eaten much. Patient complained of dizziness but denied further complaint, patient denied chest pain or shortness of breath. 911 was actived, patient was transported by Carlsbad Fire to Scripps Encinitas hospital.
