Describe Medical Event:
Parking ministry reports a 70 year old male waves them down complaining of vertigo.
Medical team arrived to find a 70 year old male sitting upright in a golf cart. ABC’s intact, AAOx3. Pt complains of dizziness. Denies head ache, blurred vision, nausea, cp, sob, or any other symptoms. Physical exam was unremarkable. Prior hx of CVA, cancer, HTN, DMII. NKDA. Pt reports he is faithful w/ meds
