Describe Medical Event:
Per Juan: Mom reports Patient was walking and suddenly dropped and began seizing. (Patient has history of seizures, last seizure 13 yrs prior, recently changed anti seizure medications).
Juan provided safety support by turning patient to side lying position.
Writer observed: Bleeding to Left side of mouth due to left side lying position , noted cut to right side lateral tongue.
Patient was able to call out for mother, and was smiling when he saw mother.
