Describe Medical Event:
Per Naomi and other preschool Volunteers: Gunner was playing when he fell backwards, landing on his buttocks then laying on the ground. Staff saw his head touch the ground and immediately picked him up and called safety team. When Pete and I arrived Gunner was driving his toy vehicle around the yard.
