Describe Medical Event:
One-year-old male was observed by North Coast 1yo class staff to fall forward and hit right anterior forehead against wood cabinet in class. Child did not seem bothered by injury at all, he continued playing, no crying, staff noticed small bruise developing and called me to assess. Child in no distress, active, playing, smiling, communicating, and ambulating normally. No skull or facial bone tenderness, neck, full range of motion, nontender. I advised class lead to inform parents of minor injury and advise icing a few minutes at a time, three times daily.
