Describe Medical Event:
This event happened on a Tuesday night during mid-week youth program. Landon, who is a student at Chaos (Junior High Ministry), tripped over a mat located at the main entrance of the building. The mat was flat on the ground and wasn’t a trip hazard, but somehow the student got his foot caught. When the student fell forward, he braced his fall with his left hand. This caused his forearm to break. It was similar to a fall from a skateboard or something like that.
