Describe Medical Event:

Safety medical was dispatched for a woman with fall to the chapel at 10:28 AM. Medic arrived on scene to find a 82-year-old female, looking at medics upon arrival, sitting in a chair with family and pastor around her. Patient appeared to be cognizant and aware of medics upon arrival. Patient has a chief complaint of knee pain. Per patient after service she stood up and tripped over her Cain and had a ground level full from about 3 feet. Patient reports that she may have bumped her head on chair, and did bump her knee on the ground. Patient does not report any loss of consciousness. Upon assessment patient is AOX4, no apparent signs of trauma, upon physical assessment patient findings were unremarkable. Patient’s vitals were presenting within normal limits. Patient did not report any blood thinners, or any other medications. Patient was fully assessed and was assisted from chair into wheelchair and left in supervision of her family. 911 response was not activated. Patient was discharged with North Coast safety to her car via wheelchair assist.
