Describe Medical Event:
According to Preschool staff, a chair was knocked over and struck the patient on the right side of her forehead. Staff reports that the patient began crying immediately and did not appear to experience any loss of consciousness. At the time of assessment, the patient had a small hematoma to the right side of the forehead with no other signs of trauma noted. The patient was responding appropriately and was consolable once parents arrived.
