Describe Medical Event:

Patient complaint of chest pain radiating to left arm. 911 called. I assessed patient and she was alert and responsive. She did not have her nitroglycerin with her. Aspirin 325mg given. Pulse Regular. Bp 112/70. Denies sob, dizziness, palpitations. EMS arrived and performed EKG which paramedic said was fine. Patients daughter contacted by staff
