Describe Medical Event:

Pt. Has airborne tomato allergy and thought she was having a reaction. She refused EPI-pen and ambulance. Her mother Shirley Mordon transported her via personal vehicle to the hospital.
Vitals taken:
1200 – BP 118/80, RR 18, P 89, O2 Sat 97
1215- BP 120/80, RR 20, P 80, O2 99

Pt. Alert and oriented x 3, shaky and weak with palor, C/O chest discomfort and nausea. States she took albuterol INH before calling medical and forgot to take her allergy medication before coming today. Diaphoresis noted. Vitals WNL, normal breath sounds. No AED needed. Pt. had a small emesis. Applied ice pack to neck for comfort and assisted patient to vehicle.
