Perry Wickers (3rd grade) / daughter of staff Bianca Wickers

Describe Medical Event:

Bianca dropped off Perry in Amped 4th and 5th grade room for service. At about 1810 hours, I saw one of the volunteers run and get Bianca who was standing in the hallway. Bianca grabbed her daughter and Kaye’s her on a couch. The volunteers said she was just walking around and passed out/collapsed. She did not hit her head on the way down. Perry looked drowsy but was responsive and could answer questions. She had a decent pulse and was not hot or clammy. She did not have any obvious signs of injury or anything wrong. She complained of chest pain. The mom Bianca said this happened a few weeks ago and they took her to the hospital. She had very low blood sugar during that incident but nothing else was wrong. I told Bianca she might be having a panic attack (but she was breathing normal) or low blood sugar again. I asked if she wanted me to give her some OJ and she did…Bianca left to take her to Palomar to get checked out. Ashley Hufferd the children’s pastor drove them there.
