Describe Medical Event:

Patient was playing on slide outside, unwitnessed but volunteer close by thinks he fell off step and fell biting down on upper lip causing some laceration. mild bleeding observed. pressure applied with paper towel until bleeding minimized. No damage or injury to gums or dentition. Spoke with parent, reassurance provided.
