Describe Medical Event:
Patient was playing with dollhouse, dollhouse was tipped over and hit patient in head. Witness by volunteer staff. No LOC, vomiting, lethargy after incident. Small goose egg to right frontal scalp. mild ecchymosis. Pupils equal round and reactive. ice pack applied for several minutes. Spoke with mom and advised to watch for vomiting, lethargy, worsening swelling.
