Describe Medical Event:
Patient was on changing table and was trying to change position and fell back and hit head on edge of corner of changing table. I evaluated patient who was outside and playing. Palpated head and could not appreciate any masses, bumps, lacerations. Pupils are equal, behavior normal and playing appropriately. Nursery volunteer who witnesses reports that there was no Llosa of consciousness, vomiting, “floppy baby” after the event. Talked with mom Mallory and advise to monitor for lethargy, vomiting, abnormal behavior. Can take normal nap if none of the above behavior
