Describe Medical Event:
Eliana approached me complaining of itching between her shoulder blades. Her small group leader and I examined the area between her shoulder blades and a small rash was present and looked like heat rash. Through out the week the rash showed up in various areas of her body from her neck to her abdomen. Based on her reports her back was the itchiest and her front torso was noticeable but not uncomfortable.
