Describe Medical Event:
After Life Group, Connie walked with her husband, Charles, to her gray Toyota Prius Ca#7CSH041 that was parked in Lot N. As she was loading a cart into the back of her vehicle, her legs gave out and she fell to the ground. It appears that she has an injury to her left ankle. Emma Guerzon called 9-1-1 and Vista paramedics responded to the scene. Connie was transported to Tri-City Medical Center for further treatment
