Describe Medical Event:
Ava fell backwards from a small wooden chair about a foot off of the ground. She did not cry and had a small bump to the back of her head. Pupils were even in size and had proper reaction to light. Ice was applied. Ava was alert and did not seem in distress. Children’s coordinator Bianca Wickers notified mom via text and mom was directed to monitor and seek medical attention if desired. This was Ava’s first time in class.
