Describe Medical Event:

Beverly Hodges was walking down an aisle in the Traditions service once the service had finished. It appears that she tripped on a chair and fell to the ground.
Beverly sustained a skin tear to her right elbow and complaint of pain to her right hip. Joni Short treated the skin tear and released Beverly to the care of her daughter, Diane Hill. Diane took Beverly for medical treatment and she was admitted to the hospital with a broken right hip. Tim Moy called Diane on May 24th and had a brief conversation with her. Tim Moy explained that there was video of the incident and it appeared that Beverly possibly tripped over a chair in the aisle. Diane was appreciative of the quick response by medical. She mentioned that she drove her mother for medical care as Beverly was only complaining of discomfort to her hip. Once at the hospital, it was determined that Beverly had broken her right hip and was admitted for further treatment.
