Describe Medical Event:
Right eye redness near medial pupil after getting hit I. Eye with a stuffed animal. Pt is complaining of pain. Unable to visualize any scratch however cannot rule out corneal scratch. Called for parent Jessica who I explained signs and symptoms of corneal issue and if so advised she see pediatrician. Per mother child has had bilateral eye surgery so “he is sensitive”
