Describe Medical Event:
Ashley H brought Kristen to me and said she was feeling unwell and lightheaded. I had Kristen sit down and asked her to describe what she felt (tunneling vision, dizzy, off balance) but she has a hard time describing the sensation. She said she ate only a small breakfast so she had a donut and water and it passed a little but she was still feeling off.
