Gracie Bell (Erica Bell-mom)- bumped into another child while playing a game. Ice was applied for 20 minutes. Patient is alert and oriented x 3, she experienced pain with initial contact and stated she is without pain upon my arrival. She denies headache. Mom will be notified. The other child had no complaints and was checked out by his mom prior to my arrival.
