Describe Medical Event:
I was notified by another staff that Diane was “not feeling well”. I arrive she was conscious, alert and oriented x 3, she complained of dizziness and feeling like she was going to faint and be sick. I had her lay down and provided ice packs and juice. She called her husband to transport her.
