MIRF REPORT ENTRIES

Student hit her head on a plastic play structure. Had a bump on the left side of her head. Ice pack applied.

Fell backward however sustained slight bloody nares. Minimal bleeding noted. Medical team cleaned nose. No active bleeding. No noted pain to back of head on palpation
