Suzanne Howard (10/19/46) is a member of the childcare staff. At approx. 9:55 am she was working in Room 3 of the Little Coasters building. Suzanne picked up a baby bouncer and moved it to the northeast side of the classroom. As she started to walk away, she tripped over one of the legs of the bouncer and lost her balance. Suzanne fell and the right of her head struck the white storage cabinet on the east side of the room. Suzanne received redness and slight bruising to the side of her head and forehead. She did not lose consciousness, nor did she feel dizzy after the fall. Childcare Coordinator Pat Jackson provided Suzanne with an icepack. Facilities Director Greg Matis responded and checked on Suzanne’s status. Suzanne did not request any further medical treatment. Fawn Clowar, another member of the childcare staff witnessed the fall.
