17 49 year old female presenting with allergy symptoms due Mastcell Activation Disorder. Accordong to patient, she began feeling ill at the end of women’s Conference with possible reaction occurring due to heat. Patient took her own Benadryl but symptoms persisted. Vital signs: HR133. O2 98%. BP 130/110 RR 36. A/O X4. Pt requested ALS. Oceanside FD arrived on scene (Engine 216 out of Station 6). Pt was transported with her service dog to Tricity Hospital.
