Fell getting out of passenger side of van, complaining of pain to her head and hip

Avery slipped off chair and bumped her head on the table.

-Playing a game in classroom 4/5 called “steal the bacon”
-Hit his head on the ground twice in rapid succession
-Head hurts, was a little dizzy

49 year old female presenting with allergy symptoms due Mastcell Activation Disorder. Accordong to patient, she began feeling ill at the end of women’s Conference with possible reaction occurring due to heat. Patient took her own Benadryl but symptoms persisted. Vital signs: HR133. O2 98%. BP 130/110 RR 36. A/O X4. Pt requested ALS. Oceanside FD arrived on scene (Engine 216 out of Station 6). Pt was transported with her service dog to Tricity Hospital.
