Sun 2 Bri reports dice thrown at face during a game and the dice hit her right eye and now she has blurry vision Linda and her husband were walking towards the coffee stand in front of the edge when she tripped her coffee and fell. Alice, the song was standing a few feet away from the couple and observed her trip and fall. She fell on her right wrist. And did not hate her head on the ground. She then turned and laid on her back. Past medical history type 1 diabetic. Well controlled. Currently off insulin for 6 months. Neuropathy.

9 Unstable angina. Persists agter 3 ntg Medical responded to live for a 59 year old male complaining of a dizziness secondary to a near syncopal episode. Hudon some how got a small superficial cut on his right hand less than the size or a dime. The teacher in the room didn’t know how he got it. Pt didn’t verbalized how he got it. Pt would not talk to me. Pt was not crying or showing any signs of pain.

15 Complaint of severe pain to side of torso

23 It’s according to the patient, he is recovering from a recent right knee replacement. Patient experienced a mechanical trip and fall. Patient denied any loss of consciousness, but sustained a skin territory, the right forearm and a minor laceration to the left pinky.
