16 Ashton was hit in the nose accidentally with a toy. He was bleeding from L>R nostrils. Pressure was being applied to bridge of the nose by the time I got there. Bleeding slowed subject passed out in the rear auditorium seating area

23 preschool team called as child got sand in her left eye. Upon arrival child was seating calmed in a low child’s chair. Staff had already rinsed eye with water. No distress, or rubbing or redness noted; Evaluated & observed eye area with flashlight only. No debris or foreign body residual noted. No medical equipment or medical supplies used.
