Fellow student landed on his L knee awkwardly on left side twisting it inward.

Patient states he had fallen on a music stand. Upon medical examination, patient has a half inch laceration on patient anterior side of head. Patient laceration is approximately half inch in length and running vertically on the back of head.

The patient sustained a superficial human bit to the right forearm. The bite did not break the skin and the patient denied any complaint of pain or discomfort to the area.
