Both boys were acting appropriately. No obvious signs of trauma. Teacher applied ice pack to back of Andrew’s head. No further treatment required. parents will be notified of the incident by the teachers when they pick up their child. Medical responded to the plaza for a 4 year old female who had a fall. Unwitnessed fall by parents. Patient complains of pain to her nose. Physical exam she’s abrasions to her nose and upper lip. Plysical exam shows no other significant injuries. Patient has no significant medical history and takes no medication. Safety was called out to the pre-school playground for a 4 year old female who fell. Patient was on a playground structure about 2ft high and fell to a dirt surface causing bruising to her forehead. Patient presents sitting upright , ABC intact and calm. Patient was AAOx 4. No reported LOC. Physical exam shows bruising and abrasions to her fore head. No other outward/palpable signs of trauma. Mother was on scene and denied any HAM. Mother does not wish for the patient to be transported and will monitor the daughter for any changes. Fainted out from coffee shop, pale, responsive,. He’s on Prosac 80mg x1/ day for OcD.
