9 Abrasion to right forearm, pt had already cleaned and put Neosporin in wound Arrived on scene to preschool building for a child that fell. C/C head pain. Staff state pt was running and fell striking her head on the wooden half door at the entrance of the room. Staff state there was no LOC. Neg bleeding. Pt noticed to have a golf ball sized hematoma to the right side of her forehead. Pt able to stop crying and answer some simple question. Ice pack applied prior to safety team arrival.
