Left flank pain 10/10

The patient was standing outside of the coffee shop when she began to experience dizziness.

Per friends, pt went from standing and worshipping to sitting down and grabbing closest friends arm to steady herself. Friends were asking her questions, but she was unresponsive. Stared blankly into space. Then she came to about 2 mins later.

Fell into table outside of preschool classroom. Inside of mouth was bleeding before medical arrived.

Bitten by another classmate (Jett Cortes)

Elias fell while in the preschool class and hit his head. An ice pack was offered by the preschool staff and medical was called. Elias was crying when we arrived and an ice pack was administered. He was noted to have a medium sized knot on his forehead. Dad showed up and he was taken by Dad and noted to be at his baseline. Dad also reported that Elias had previously fallen with a knot noted in the same spot.
