The patient has two adjacent red welts to the right cheek of the face.
Staff cannot confirm if she fell, insect bite or injury from another child.
After further examination, per dad, mom is wearing a lip gloss that appears to have caused a minor allergic reaction to the skin after kissing her child.

Freya had a bruise on her right cheek. Staff wasn’t sure if that was a previous injury or if it happened in class. Mom was contacted and confirmed it occurred prior to being dropped off at class.
