Quaid attempted a flip and hit the back of his head on the carpet. He sustained a contusion which was treated with a cold pack. No dizziness or nausea.

Patient twisted ankle while descending stairs, with swelling and warmth to site. Assessed by medical. Ankle was warm, edematous with +2 distal dp pulses equal with unaffected side and toe capillary refill time <2 seconds. Positive ottowa ankle rules on assessment by maleolar pain and inability to walk more than 4 steps. Ankle immobilized with sam splint and ACE bandage, provided ice to affected limb and 400mg motrin for pain. Recommended patient report to urgent care for x-rays of affected limb

Kai stood up into the window frame in 2yr old class. Medical check, welt on top of head, no other noticeable injuries.

In coffee shop Pt pulled shelving unit, unit impacted R shoulder and R flank area. Aunt present and contacted mother, described event to mother. Aunt given direction of things to evaluate for and to seek out medical attention for any changes to condition or concerns.
