While going to her car to get something, she hit her anterior Rt. Shin with the bottom edge of her car. She had one open wound about 1/2 ” diameter with open skin and oozing.

Medical was called to attend to John outside of Live, reported by John’s wife to have low blood sugar. John has implanted glucose monitoring device which read current BG at 53. Pt was alert and oriented, endorsed feeling diaphoretic and shaky. Stated he took both long acting and short acting insulin this morning. Short acting sliding scale for both correction of 200+ fasting glucose this AM and meal coverage.

Called by staff. Child not feeling well, trouble breathing and tightness of chest. Child stated has inhaler he is using at home but Dad said he has no history of asthma. He is using his brother’s inhaler.
