10 C/o headache runny nose cough Called at Night to Shine for twisted left ankle. Molly/patient crying stating it hurt.

12 10 year old female with possible minor sprain right ankle after walking off curb. Mom witness the event. Provided ice pack. No swelling. Patient was released to mom. Mechanical fall from wheel chair.

19 Fell on playground. Red right palm upper lip swelling Women had a controlled fall, appears emotional. Near syncope event.
