Patient approached medical team with a chief complete of shortness of breath. SPO2 84% BP 184/132 HR 95. History of sleep apnea and collapsed lung. Medications gabapentin. Allergies statins.

Child was hit by another child with a plastic toy.
Minor Injury was to the right temporal side of the head.
Patient acting appropriately and has Minor redness and swelling at the site of injury.

While playing in the courtyard prior to service Jackson was hit “in the eye” with a basketball. It was an accident and the other young man was quite penitent.
