MIRF REPORT ENTRIES

Sofia was playing in the Preschool building when she opened up a door in the playground and hit her lip. Preschool staff advised that Sofia bled from her upper gums for a short period of time. Bleeding had stopped upon medical personnel arrival.

Called as male feeling weak after being exposed outdoors for long period on a warm day/ sunny. Weak, dizzy. He has history of hypertension and diabetes
